Unfortunately, we do not offer apartment viewings at this point in time. Nevertheless we always make sure all images and details of our apartments are always up to date.
Provide your move-in and move-out dates, guest details and contact information which will then be sent as a request to the landlord of your chosen apartment. Once the landlord approves your request, you will receive an email within 48 hours that will guide you through the billing and payment process so you can finalize your booking. In the case of instant bookings, the process is even faster! After providing the required information, you can book the apartment by clicking " BOOK THIS PROPERTY " without prior approval from the landlord.
The monthly price does not include the utility costs such as water, electricity, gas, heating and wifi and the service fee in case it applies to your apartment. Further costs covering the optional or mandatory services will be issued per invoice by your landlord. Please note in case your landlord requires a security deposit, you will need to pay the deposit directly to your landlord shortly before the move-in date. The deposit will be returned to you right after you move out, on the condition that there have been no damages caused to the property during the tenancy. Further details will be provided by your landlord.

48 hours: Full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before the move-in date (minus the cancellation processing fee). Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month's rent.
A cancellation processing fee of € 100 is applied to all cancellations.
Once you've cancelled your booking, if you are eligible for a refund, Homelike will promptly return the funds to your original payment method. The timeframe for receiving your refund varies depending on your credit card issuer or bank, as well as factors such as your chosen payment method and location. Typically, you can expect to see your refund within 2 - 14 days

We regret that your apartment does not meet our expectations. Please contact us via our support form and include all relevant information to describe your situation. A customer consultant will contact you and the landlord immediately to find a solution.
Please contact your landlord directly if you require an invoice for your rental payments, deposit payment, or payments for other services. Your landlord will be able to provide these documents for you.
Deposit reimbursement times can vary from landlord to landlord, depending on individual policy. For short-term rentals, deposits are usually refunded once the landlord has had a reasonable amount of time to inspect the apartment for damages. Deposit reimbursement will generally take longer in cases where damage has been reported to an apartment.
